Perspectives on Project Process Improvements

Process improvement for construction firms is a process by itself, and its quality determines the quality of the resulting process. An important factor in the quality of this process is the level of integration of all stakeholders involved—both internal and external, both junior and senior. So it requires perspectives from multiple cross-sections of a project team or firm, from owners and decision-makers to project managers and planning engineers to site engineers and the site team.
